Day 1: Arrive Cairo

Upon arrival into Cairo airport our SILVER TOURS representative will be waiting for you and assist you, then transfer to your hotel located in downtown Cairo/pyramids Area. The rest of the day is free to relax and ready to your upcoming days 

Overnight: Cairo.

Meals   : No Meals.

Day 2: Pyramids & Saqqara

After Breakfast, we start the day with a guided full-day tour to visit The Great Pyramids of Giza. We explore the Giza plateau, pyramids and sphinx, then the tour continues to Saqqara Behold Saqqara’s age-old Step Pyramid of Zoser, Enjoy Lunch In a local Egyptian restaurant, The day is not over yet, we will now experience how the ancients recorded their history on the first paper ever produced, Papyrus, at a government regulated Papyrus Institute.

Day 3: Egyptian Museum – Luxor

This Morning after breakfast in your hotel will pick you up to visit The Egyptian Museum which has been always known by the home to an extensive collection of 120,000 items. With the breathtaking jewelry room & the well-known treasures of King Tutankhamen & his legendary solid gold death mask, later we transfer to the airport for our flight to Luxor. Please note: your tour guide will not accompany you onboard your flight.

Day 4: Luxor - the Valley of the Kings

Silver Tours representative will pick you up and accompany you from your Hotel by an air conditioned to visit the west bank of the river Nile where you will enjoy the sight of the two statues of Memnon on the way to the Valley of the Kings. In the Valley of the Kings you will visit three tombs, outstanding tombs carved into the desert rock, those discovered tombs has very rich decorations and were filled with treasures for the pharaohs afterlife. The trip will continue by a visit to Hatshepsut Temple at El Deir El Bahary. The queen Hatshepsut was the only female pharaoh, and the temple dedicated to her is as exceptional as she was, rising up in a series of terraces from the yellow desert. Return to Luxor for check-in on board our Nile 5 star cruiser. Lunch is at leisure and we have time to relax until our early evening visit to the Temple of Luxor. Luxor Temple looks stunning at dusk and is beautifully illuminated at night.

Day 5: Luxor & Nile Cruising

This morning we tour the ancient city of Thebes (the East Bank) and gaze at the magnificent Temple of Karnak. More than a temple, Karnak is a gigantic and stunning complex of sanctuaries and pylons dedicated to the Theban gods. Anchors away this afternoon as we set sail downstream.

Day 6: Kom Ombo Temple

Relax as we sail the Nile. Later today, we visit the Temple of Kom Ombo. A unique riverside temple, it is unusual in that everything architecturally is doubled and perfectly symmetrical along the main axis of the temple including twin halls, courts, colonnades, sanctuaries and entrances. Arrive in Aswan: a prosperous town at the crossroads of the ancient caravan routes late evening.

Day 7: Aswan - The Philae Temple

Today, we enjoy a short boat trip to  Agilika Island for a look at the Philae Temple dedicated to the goddess Isis. The temple dates from 4th century BC but the Ptolomies and the Romans up to 3rd century AD built most of the existing structures. In danger of being completely submerged by the rising water of Lake Nasser, in 1972 UNESCO stepped in and an 8-year rescue effort was undertaken to relocate the entire temple 20m higher on nearby Agilika Island.

After lunch, we visit the High Dam and take a felucca sailing trip to Elephantine and Kitchener Island followed by a visit to a perfume oil emporium. As the sun sets, we enjoy free time to shop in the colourful souqs and markets or simply relax and watch an amazing sunset in Egypt’s southern most town straddling the River Nile.

Day 8: From Aswan To Cairo

Today we fly back to Cairo. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel, check in at your hotel and The rest of the day is free for you to enjoy the hotel facilities or or you can join our optional excursion visiting Old Cairo, Coptic Cairo and the Citadel of Saladin

Day 9: Departure to Cairo International Airport

Silver Tours representative will be waiting for you at the hotel and will accompany you to the airport and will help you to check into your plane wishing you a happy flight.
